Most engagements are billed on an hourly basis. Fixed-fee arrangements are available for defined transactional work such as conveyancing and standard corporate filings. Every engagement begins with a written cost estimate — you will not receive an unexpected invoice from Kazoxi.

Our practitioners are admitted in Malaysia and regularly advise on cross-border matters involving Singapore, Indonesia, the UAE, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. International matters outside our direct admission are handled in close cooperation with vetted local counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.

For most new engagements, we complete intake and a conflicts check within 24 hours and can begin substantive work the same business day. Time-critical matters — including injunction applications and urgent arbitration filings — should be flagged explicitly in your inquiry or raised directly by phone.
