By accessing and using Kazoxi's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you must cease using our services immediately.
Kazoxi provides Syariah Compliance, Cross-Border Legal Advisory, and Dispute Resolution services. Services are delivered by qualified professionals and are subject to Malaysian law and applicable international frameworks.
Service fees are quoted upon engagement. Payment terms will be specified in your engagement letter. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. Kazoxi reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Kazoxi's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
All client information is treated as confidential and protected under attorney-client privilege, except where disclosure is required by law or court order.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and work product is delivered upon payment.
Any disputes shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, in accordance with the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.
We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and PDPA. Personal data is processed only for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as legally required.
Kazoxi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
